SkylineLights is a 10 piece party band providing live music for weddings and special events. Featuring some of Philadelphia's most sought after vocalists and musicians, SkylineLights is comprised entirely of full time, professional musicians. We take our craft seriously, and we cherish the opportunities we have to share our talents. All of the members of the band have toured nationally, some internationally, and have decades worth of experience playing weddings and special events of all types.
Elliot Garland - Music Director
Elliot Garland, the founder and music director of SkylineLights, has worked in the wedding industry for over 10 years. He is a proud member of the Philadelphia Eagles Pep Band. In addition, he has worked with a variety of artists including Saleka, Lauryn Hill, John Medeski, Bakhiti Kumalo (Paul Simon), Blessing Offor, and many more. He brings his experience and love of performing to SkylineLights and has formed a band that encompasses his passion for people and live music.
